Alix Greenberg (Portraits For Good)

Chōchin in Technicolor

Our acrylic prints are the sleakest, chicest way to elevate your home decor with a modern frameless look. Chōchin in Technicolor has those crystal clear edges that make us swoon.

Inspired by Alix's travels in Tokyo and Kyoto, this artwork iterates on the repetition and meticulousness embedded in Japanese culture. Looking upwards, the chōchin (Japanese paper lanterns) hang from above illuminating the universe that surrounds them. Using a combination of marker, pencil, and glitter glue, then employing a rainbow sparkly overlay, Alix millennializes this traditional Japanese structure first recorded in 1085.

With your purchase, we donate a portion of the proceeds to one of our pre-vetted charitable partners.
