In partnership with Flawless Foundation, Alix Greenberg, Founder and CEO of ArtSugar, created Peacock Feather, sold in a limited run of 50 8x10 inch Fine Art Prints to benefit this nonprofit organization. Flawless Foundation changes the conversation on mental health by shining a light on a topic that is not openly discussed. They take a positive approach - focusing on seeing each person’s strengths, and embracing the whole. Flawless Foundation makes the conversation more accessible and brings sparkle to it's messaging by reminding each person, #youareflawless! You can purchase Peacock Feather framed or unframed.
ArtSugar collaborated with CodePurple Now in creating a special gift for Bob Wright, who founded the organization in honor of his wife Suzanne (drawn here) - she passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2016. CodePurple Now is a wonderful and necessary organization and the only national awareness and advocacy campaign to drive a bold new approach to federal pancreatic cancer research. ArtSugar founder and artist Alix Greenberg created this artwork and feels strongly about this cause in particular because of her personal connection to the disease (her grandmother passed away from it in June 2017).
In partnership with JDRF, ArtSugar produced limited edition prints by artist Mike Natter, which were placed in each Bag of Hope – a knapsack given to children diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. “We are pleased to partner with JDRF and support the organization’s ongoing work to find a cure for type 1 diabetes, and to improve the lives of those who live with this disease in the meantime,” Alix Greenberg quoted in Press Release: “JDRF New York City Chapter Partners with Mike Natter at TypeOneNation Summit” April 1, 2017
