Make sure to check the product pages for any specific shipping information for that particular product! Once orders are processed, it can take up to 14 business days to arrive. If you ordered an item on pre-order, please check the product page for an estimated shipping date! Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We mainly ship UPS, USPS and DHL. If you are ordering an artwork larger than 70 inches, your order will be shipped via freight.

Yes! We ship worldwide! ArtSugar is based in USA and is not responsible for any duties or fees that may be incurred at customs.

Returns

Products that are made to order, such as wall art, will go into production one hour after an order is placed. If you reach out to us within that time frame, we will be able to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order will not be cancelable and you can initiate an exchange once you receive it.

We know that you will love what you ordered! If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for the same item free of charge within 30 days from the shipping date and we will cover the cost of shipping! If your item arrives in perfectly good condition but you've changed your mind, we will happily allow an exchange of equivalent or lesser value - we'll just need you to ship the item back to us at your expense within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

If you want to modify an order or cancel it, please let us know within one hour of purchase. Otherwise, we will be unable to do so.

Unfortunately no. As we are such a small team, we do not have the bandwith to modify orders in this way once an order is placed. You can use your welcome code next time! It does not expire.
