OUR POLICY
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date.
If you received a damaged item, note that we require photos of what you received so we can easily process an exchange for the same item. Please email those to us at customercare@artsugar.co siting your order number in the subject line.
We usually process exchanges quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your store credit to be issued, or exchanged item to be shipped. Don't worry, each step of this process will be communicated to you via email!
