Pastry chef, dessert innovator, and culinary influencer, Chefanie studied the culinary arts as a young woman in Brittany, France and then staged at some of the most highly rated restaurants in Manhattan. After college, Chefanie began hosting a dinner series called “Victory Club” that brings together friends of friends over the culinary and visual arts. Victory Club has held events several times a month in Manhattan, the Hamptons, and in London since 2014. While Chefanie is professionally trained as a savory and pastry chef, her passion is for desserts. In 2016, Stephanie launched Chefanie Sheets, an innovative dessert “accessory” that can elevate any store bought or homemade dessert. She developed a gluten- free, vegan, edible, hand painted sheet that can be cut to any size pastry using scissors.
