ArtSugar x Stephanie Gottlieb: Shine Bright Like A Diamond

ArtSugar has had the immense opportunity to work with an incredible artist based in Kiev - Anna Panchenko's prints are sold on artsugar.co - they are provocative, edgy, fun and gorgeous - and mostly focused on her own mouth holding an object - from food, to coins, to now... stones. Taken to her imagery, friend and notable jewelry gal Stephanie Gottlieb had a brilliant idea to commission Anna to hold a diamond in her mouth. Anna accepted the task, and we commissioned her to create Shine Bright Like a Diamond. I purchased a 50 mm Swarovski crystal and shipped it to Kiev. I had never shipped to Ukraine before! When Anna, who is usually the model for her own work, received the stone - she said to me - this is simply too big for my mouth - I will get you a model with a bigger mouth! And she did. Anna began photographing promptly and soon thereafter, Anna, Stephanie and I finalized this super glam image.
