How to hang:

Framed Prints 11x14 and 12x12 inches or smaller include a sawtooth hanger (you'll need a nail and hammer to install). Larger Framed Prints include mounted brackets and a hardware kit, so all you'll need is a hammer.

I like to think of "afterload" as the left ventricle bench pressing weight. The more plates the lil guy stacks on the barbell, the higher the resistance similar to the stiffer or more stenosed the systemic arterial system is. The more dilated or patent the systemic arteries are, the less weight the heart needs to pump against. Similarly, when we bench press over time our muscles grow or hypertrophy in response which helps fill out our sleeves but in the case of the LV, its actually a bad thing in the long term- it narrows the volume for which blood can sit and thereby lower cardiac output. Any kind of drug that can relax arterial vascularature (like CCBs ACEI etc) can theoretically take off some of those heavy plates. Exercise, weight loss, and healthy diet are also good to reduce inflammation and cholesterol which clog up arteries and can also create systemic resistance.
