Thank you for renting with us! Nearing the end of the rental period, you will receive an email asking if you would like to return or keep your art. If you opt to return after the rental period, you will be receiving a shipping label on us. Make sure to keep the original packaging to simplify shipping back to us as you are responsible for the box!
If after 90 days upon receipt of your rental, you have not shipped the item(s) back to us (trackable via your return shipping label), we’ll assume you love your art and want to keep it forever! You’ll be charged the Retail Value less the Rental Fee plus any applicable sales tax. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you before the time is up!
