Please be sure to include the following photos when submitting an exchange request for damaged wall art products: 1. A photo of the entire product with your artwork design visible. 2. A photo of the backside of the product. 3. A photo of the damaged area with the design in view. 4. A photo of the shipping label (optional).

Drop off the package within 7 days of receiving the item to your nearest carrier location. Items must be returned within 30 days from when the order was placed.
What if my artwork arrived damaged?
If your artwork arrives defective, please follow the steps through our exchange portal, and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product and upon review, we will approve the exchange. Please site your order number in the subject line. We only replace damaged merchandise as long as you have had it 30 days or less. Otherwise, we cannot replace it so please make sure to contact us as soon as possible!
Do you provide store credit?
Yes! Please use our returns portal to organize store credit or exchanges.
