We’ll help you get started! Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your ArtSugar Order Confirmation email or Packing Slip. Got it? Then let's get started!
 
OUR POLICY
 
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date.
If you received a damaged item, please note that we require photos of what you received so we can easily process an exchange for the same item. Please email those to us at customercare@artsugar.co siting your order number in the subject line.

Please be sure to include the following photos when submitting an exchange request for damaged wall art products: 1. A photo of the entire product with your artwork design visible. 2. A photo of the backside of the product. 3. A photo of the damaged area with the design in view. 4. A photo of the shipping label (optional).

We usually process exchanges quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your store credit to be issued, or exchanged item to be shipped. Don't worry, each step of this process will be communicated to you via email!
 
Items marked as "Final Sale” or gift with purchase means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

30-day return

Drop off the package within 7 days of receiving the item to your nearest carrier location. Items must be returned within 30 days from when the order was placed.

Returns FAQ

What if my artwork arrived damaged?

If your artwork arrives defective, please follow the steps through our exchange portal, and send us an email at customercare@artsugar.co with photos of the damaged product and upon review, we will approve the exchange. Please site your order number in the subject line. We only replace damaged merchandise as long as you have had it 30 days or less. Otherwise, we cannot replace it so please make sure to contact us as soon as possible!

Do you provide store credit?

Yes! Please use our returns portal to organize store credit or exchanges.
