Born and raised in NYC, ArtSugar founder Alix Greenberg spent nearly a decade working in the Fine Art industry before launching in 2017. With a BFA from Cornell and an MA from Christie's Education, Alix combined her love of drawing and art history with her dedication to giving back and ArtSugar was born.

Alix runs ArtSugar from the West Village in NYC. She is a member of the Female Founder Collective, a Jewish Week 36 Under 36 2019 recipient, an alumna of Project Entrepreneur (Rent the Runway Foundation x UBS), as well as an alumna of VentureCrush.

ArtSugar is the female-founded e-commerce retailer pioneering art curation for the Instagram generation.
