Framed in solid wood, ArtSugar's curated framed prints arrive ready to hang. Printed on satin (210 gsm) paper, with archival inks, our prints feature a low glare satin finish and are made to last a lifetime. Dimensions pertain to the frame size - the inside artwork is sized proportionately. All dimensions are in inches.

Mike Natter is a current Endocrinology Fellow at a hospital in NYC. He is a visual artist, physician, and also a patient- he has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since age nine. His background in studio art has allowed him to approach medicine through a 'non-traditional' lens and his journey from art kid to post-bac pre-med to medical student, medicine resident and now endocrine fellow, has left him with a great deal of gratitude that he wants to pass down to those who are anxiously and diligently trying to forge their own path in this medical training journey. He uses art to help learn, teach, and cope with medical topics and training. Medical training is long, difficult, and at times emotionally weighty. For those reasons and more, Mike aims to humanize the process, provide empathetic, top-notch care to each of his patients, and use his creativity to teach, explain, and practice the art of medicine.

Even Better In Person!

I've been a fan of Dr. Natter's work for a long time and when it came time to re-decorating my room, I knew I had to have a piece of his work on my walls! The splatter colors are very vivid and Dr. Natter's attention to detail and artistic skills are amazing. I purchased the 8x8 version and was able to insert it into a frame I had at home without issues. It has made for a great conversation piece and also motivates me to keep chugging along in my own healthcare journey. Thanks Dr. Natter and ArtSugar!
